Supplier Verification Terms & Refund Policy

The ProCureMedical Supplier Verification service is a paid service offered by ProCureMedical to suppliers wishing to demonstrate their credibility and legitimacy to healthcare buyers on the platform.

• •Payment of the verification fee does not automatically guarantee approval or verification. Verification is subject to ProCureMedical reviewing the information and supporting documentation submitted by the supplier.
• •ProCureMedical may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to complete the verification.
• •Approval decisions are made based on the information and documentation available to ProCureMedical at the time of review.
• •Verification status may be subject to renewal, expiry, review, or withdrawal where information becomes inaccurate, expires, or materially changes.
• •The supplier is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate, current and complete.
• •Submission of false, misleading, fraudulent, expired or materially inaccurate information may result in rejection or withdrawal of verification.
• •Verification by ProCureMedical does not replace any statutory, regulatory, professional, licensing, registration or product-specific requirements applicable to the supplier.
• •Suppliers remain responsible for maintaining all licences, registrations, certificates and regulatory approvals required for their business and products.
• •ProCureMedical does not guarantee that verification will result in an RFQ, quotation request, purchase order, sale, contract or other commercial opportunity.
• •The verification service is intended to increase trust and transparency within the ProCureMedical procurement network.

The ProCureMedical Supplier Verification Fee covers the administrative processing and review of a supplier verification application.

Because verification processing may commence after payment, the verification fee is generally non-refundable once the verification application has entered the review process.

Where an application has not yet entered review, a refund request may be considered at ProCureMedical's discretion.

No refund is due solely because a supplier's verification application is unsuccessful, provided that ProCureMedical has performed the verification review.

If ProCureMedical is unable to process an application due to an error attributable to ProCureMedical, the supplier may request a refund or other appropriate resolution.

Refund requests must include the supplier's registered details and payment reference and may be submitted through the ProCureMedical support/contact channel.

Any refund, where approved, will normally be processed back through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
